We have a licence agreement which applies to all tSB’s current software products, which can be found by clicking on the link below. The licence covers all aspects of product use and references any sub licences/minimum terms that may apply to tailored products, such as; PAF, Embedded Suppression and NCOA.
Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF) End User Licence agreement, which covers all aspects of licensing the PAF data from Royal Mail for either postal address enhancement or use of the PAF file for Delivery Point Suffix (DPS) allocation within tSB’s postal sortation products.
All-encompassing Minimum terms documentation covering all data providers who contribute to the data hygiene portfolio of files. These minimum terms differ according to whether the user is an intermediary (bureau, mail producer, data processor) or the end user (end user Client). Where a product is supplied with GB Group PAF this licence applies, in addition to the standard licences and all 3rd party agreements.
As part of the standard Cygnus Embedded Suppression (ES) product, tSB provide access to Royal Mail’s National Change of Address (NCOA) data, which is licenced separately from the other ES data products. A personalised copy of the licence agreement will be provided under separate cover at the time of taking out an ES licence with The Software Bureau.
